I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was amazing, close to the Royal Albert Hall, V & A Museum, and Kensington Park Gardens. The small terrace overlooking the Royal Albert Hall was a lovely touch. The service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff, though there was a small issue with moving the baby cot as promised. The dining experience could have been improved, but overall, it was a great value for a one-night stay of this caliber.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location is superb, close to Gloucester Road Station and surrounded by daily needs stores. I loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were perfect for us, clean and tidy with great amenities like a little kitchen and washing facilities. The service was wonderful, the staff at the Reception Front Office were helpful and lovely.
